SCCM 2012 R2 Installation

Install SCCM 2012R2

Browse to ConfigMgr Tools (approx 3.48mb) and click Install.

Click Next.

Accept the license and click Next.

Click Next.

Click Finish.

Trace32 will be installed as below.

Launch Trace32 and make it as default viewer for all log files.

Copy SCCM setup (approx 699mb) and additional setup files (approx 653mb).

Open SCCM setup and launch Splash.

Click Install.

Click Next.

Install Primary site and select typical installation.

Click Yes.

Install the evaluation edition.

Accept the license.

Select all three checkboxes.

If the files are previously downloaded, point it to that location, else download it.

Click Next, files are evaluated.

Type Site code as "IND" and Site name as "MYSCCMLAB HO SITE".

Click "I don't want to join..".

Click Next.

Prerequisites are evaluated.

Warnings can be ignored, proceed to installation.

Installation in progress.

Click on view log and it will open in Trace32 and you can view the logs simultaneously.

Installation completes in approx 26 minutes.

Go to All Programs>Microsoft System Center 2012 R2>Configuration manager Console.

Configuration Manager launches.

SCCM 2012 R2 is up and running.
